Please, kindly note that all of our permanent jewelry is final sale and non-refundable since each piece is highly customizable. All permanent jewelry comes with a 3 month warranty that covers any manufacturer's defects and/or welding errors. Your original receipt is required for all warranty coverage.

Our rewelding fee is $5, however, the fee can be waived in the case that the jewelry needs to be removed for medical reasons or if we can see that the jump ring was welded incorrectly.

For Gold Filled and Sterling Silver chains, if the actual chain breaks and you are able to bring it in store with the original receipt, and it is within our warranty period, we can give you a new chain complimentary, but a $5 rewelding fee will apply.
If it is outside of our warranty period, you will be charged for a new chain that will be discounted by 40%. For Solid Gold chains you have the option of either adding jump rings to connect the broken chain free of charge, or you may purchase a new chain with a 20% discount. In all cases, you will be given the exact same chain as originally purchased.

If the chain breaks and you are unable to bring it into the store, unfortunately you will need to purchase a new chain.
