Returns & Exchanges

Online only:

We are happy to offer refunds or store credit/exchanges if contacted within 30 days of delivery on all items online except earrings due to hygienic issues.

The item must be shipped back in original condition and undamaged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: custom or personalized orders.

Please send us an email at cs@gemlet.com or fill out a contact form on the website and we will review your request.

But please remember that because we use genuine/all-natural semi-precious gemstones, the patterns and cut will vary. However designs and quality stay true to the product photography you see on our site.

In store:
Exchange for all items except earrings and custom jewelry (i.e. permanent jewelry)
