Gemlet offers the following shipping options based on your location:

We use Canada Post, Fedex or USPS to ensure and handle all packages arrive swiftly and safely.
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
If your package is returned to us due to address issues (that you have provided us), you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so we can re-ship your package.
All free shipping is sent without tracking and but have the same transit times as Expedited. If you require tracking please select the Expedited shipping option.
Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

United States:
Gemlet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Canada:
Gemlet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If a package is lost or damaged please contact immediately so we can send your order out again with the next upgraded shipping: Expedited shipping.
