Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Is there a tracking number for my order?

All smaller item orders such as bracelets, necklaces and rings are sent untracked by default. However you can select the shipped tracking option for an additional $10. All larger items such as jewelry dishes are sent tracked, you do not need to pay any additional fees.

 

2. Will the jewelry tarnish over time?

We have our gold filled and sterling silver pieces which are the best quality.
Over a couple years the jewelry may tarnish, this process will be expedited if our pieces are not handled with proper care. Any prolonged exposure to water, harmful chemicals, or sweat will damage the pieces. It is strongly recommended to take off all pieces before showering, exercising, swimming, or washing. Avoid contact with perfume, or put on perfume first before putting on any Gemlet pieces.

If you purchase our Gold Vermeil pieces please be aware that these can retain their quality but if you do expose them to chemicals or water they will unfortunately tarnish. So please be careful!

 

3. What is your refund policy?

We will issue store credit/exchanges if contacted within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be shipped back in original condition and undamaged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: custom or personalized orders.

But please remember that because we use genuine/all-natural semi-precious gemstones, the patterns and cut will vary. However designs and quality stay true to the product photography you see on our site.

 4. Is contact@mail.gemlet.com a real email?

Yes this is our email that we use to send out email newsletters and offers. Please make sure that you move this email from junk/spam to your inbox and put us on your whitelist so you don't miss out!

5. How do I update my email and sms preferences?

6. What is your holiday exchange policy? (November to January)

For holiday season only, we accept exchanges until the end of January 31st. We want to make sure your loved one's get the perfect gift!
