Some of our pieces are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds and exchanges on earrings, sale items, special/custom orders and gift cards.

All of our jewelry comes with a 3-month warranty for any manufacturers/makers’ defects.

This does not include a lack of care of the jewelry and damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals. Please avoid pools, hot tubs, salt water, spas, and liquid silver polish.

The jewelry is only safe in soap and water. 

Exchanges with gift receipts can be done within 3 months as long as it’s unworn and in the original

packaging. Earrings are final sale.
