HOW MUCH DOES it cost?
Our pricing is by the inch, so it depends on the style, size, and material. Gold-filled and sterling silver bracelets typically range from $40–$80, and solid gold starts around $200. You can check our full pricing menu right here.
Is it water-resistant?
Yes! Our jewelry is safe for water, sweat, and soap. Just keep in mind that gold-filled and silver pieces are not reccomended to be exposed to chlorine, saltwater, or harsh products like perfume and lotion.

My bracelet broke. help!
If your bracelet breaks at the chain within the first 3 months, you're eligible for a complimentary replacement or free chain repair. After that timeframe, we offer rewelding for just $5, or you can replace your chain at 40% off for gold-filled or sterling silver, and 20% off for solid gold. Just make sure to bring your original chain and receipt when coming in for a repair or warranty replacement.
I lost my bracelet. what now?
Unfortunately, without the chain present we are unable to fix or replace the chain as all permanent jewelry is final sale.
can children get permanent jewelry?
Parents of children aged under 5 must be given a waiver, made specifically for children and a clasp must be attached. We do not accept requests for permanent jewelry for children under 3.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Absolutely! We welcome both walk-ins and appointments at all of our locations.
WHAT CAN I GET AS PERMANENT JEWELRY?
We offer permanent bracelets, anklets and necklaces as permanent jewelry.

What’s your return policy?
We don’t accept returns. Thank you for understanding!
what's your warranty?
Yes! All of our jewelry comes with a three-month warranty covering any manufacturer defects. If your piece has any issues during this time, just bring it along with your receipt to any of our locations. We’ll be happy to take a look and do our best to make it right!
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! You can exchange non–final sale items within 30 days, as long as they’re in new, unworn condition and you have the original receipt. Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
Is your jewelry hypoalergenic?
Yes! All of our pieces are nickel-free. Our base materials are jeweler’s brass for gold-filled, and sterling silver for gold vermeil.
Can I extend the length of my bracelet or necklace?
Absolutely! We offer extenders for $5, available both online and in-store. Just a heads up, customized jewelry is final sale.
What ring sizes do you offer?
We typically carry sizes 5–10, depending on style and stock.
What necklace lengths do you offer?
Most of our necklaces range from 16" to 18", depending on availability.
I DON'T LIKE MY EARRINGS. CAN I EXCHANGE THEM?
Unfortunately due to sanitary reasons, all earrings are final sale.

How long does shipping take?

Can I return my purchase in store?
At the moment, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for online orders at our physical locations. Thank you for understanding!
I got a delivery notification, but my order isn’t here. What now?
Don’t worry! It’s not uncommon for carriers to mark a package as delivered a little early. In most cases, it shows up within the next business day.
Still not seeing it? We recommend checking with your building concierge, security desk or mailbox.

Exchange Policy
We’re sorry it wasn’t the perfect fit! If your pieces are still in their original condition, you're welcome to exchange them within 30 days of purchase when presenting the receipt. After 30 days, we’re no longer able to accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!

Some items are final sale due to hygiene or customization. This includes earrings and any personalized or modified jewelry, such as permanent jewelry, charm bar creations, or pieces that have been altered (like added extenders, shortened chains, or added charms).

All of our jewelry comes with a three-month warranty covering any manufacturer defects. If something doesn’t seem quite right during that time, we’ve got you! Please note that the warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear.
